Conditions of Use

Pricing information:

All prices include V.A.T. at 17.5% if applicable. Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of the packaged consignment and will be displayed at the checkout.

Payment:
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Electron and Maestro cards. Payment will be debited to your account as your order is placed, we also accept paypal, and cheque, please send cheques to AG Autos UNIT 8 NEWHALL IND ESTATE, SANDERSON STREET, SHEFFIELD, S9 2TW. Goods must be returned to this address.

Delivery of goods:
We will endeavour to deliver your order to you within 2-4 working days, providing the goods are in stock, as we do sell from our shop (Unless a longer delivery period is clearly stated on the specific product page). If we are not able to meet this deadline, we will contact you within 5 days of receipt of your order to arrange an alternative delivery date.

However, if this is not acceptable to you, we will offer you the choice of cancellation or a refund.
Please note that deliveries to N.Ireland, S.Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, The Highlands and Islands of Scotland can take longer than 3-5 days to deliver, plus an extra delivery charge.

Returns/Refund policy:
Please note that you do have the right to return a product or to cancel an order within the first 7 days following delivery (Excluding special order items) - We do however reserve the right to refund your purchase minus any carriage charges that we have incurred in delivering. Call 0114 243 3434.

Correct parts supplied:
If we have correctly supplied the product as ordered then we will reimburse the product costs minus delivery cost and a handling and restocking charge of up to 20% of the order value. Please note that you will have to return the goods to us in there original box, in a resaleable condition.

Damaged/incorrect or faulty goods:
If the goods have been damaged in transit by the courier, have been incorrectly supplied or are faulty at the time of delivery - In this case we reserve the right to replace the product. If you require a refund, we will reimburse the product costs minus a handling charge of up to 20% of the order value.

Please contact us for a returns number before sending any goods back to us. Please also include your personal details along with a brief explanation of the problem. NOTE: You must inform us of damaged deliveries within a reasonable period of time.

For deliveries via parcel force, all items must be signed for, any damages must then be reported to us ASAP, so a claim can be put in.
We do not sell out of the UK, except Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.

Most items are sent via parcelforce, and prices change due to weight and size.
